Private Kindergarten „Yan Bibiyan“ is a licensed educational institution, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria (License Orders: № RD 14-218/01.12.2000, amended № RD 14-19/26.04.2002, № RD 14-179/21.12.2012, and № RD 14-322/08.08.2017), and officially registered in the Preschool and School Education System under Certificate № 146 /10.08.2017.
The kindergarten welcomes around 70 children between the ages of 2 and 7, divided into four groups of approximately 15–18 children each.
We offer a full-day educational program that supports children’s development through play, creativity, and meaningful learning experiences.
After completing the preparatory (4th) group, children receive a certificate that allows them to enroll in first grade.
There is a strong continuity between our kindergarten and the affiliated school, allowing children to transition smoothly into the next stage of their education. Both institutions share the same core educational philosophy: respect for each child’s individuality and support in every step of their learning journey.

My name is Katia Russeva and I’m a founder of private primary school „Elin Pelin“ and private kindergarten ‘Jan Bibian’ in Stara Zagora.

In the first group, children take their first steps into the world of play and learning. They learn through fun and lots of smiles.
With each passing year, our children become more confident, curious, and ready for new knowledge.
Our children now confidently express their thoughts, develop their imagination, and learn through play with enthusiasm.
Ready for a new beginning, the children in the fourth group already think and act like future students.
Even during the summer, children have the opportunity to have fun, learn, and play in a safe and cozy environment.
